About the Founder

Farnaz Farrokhi, the founder of OBITSC, is a visionary leader with a mission to empower artists, particularly women, to confront human rights violations on a global scale. With dual master’s degrees in Fine Art and Architecture, she seamlessly integrates these fields to drive innovation and collaboration.

With over 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur, architect, executive art director, artist, and cultural bridge builder, Farnaz has dedicated her career to using art as a catalyst for social change. Her work spans multiple continents, deepening her passion for fostering global connections and promoting sustainable peace. Additionally, she used to serves as a professor in  architecture and art, reflecting her belief in art's potential to inspire and transform. Through OBITSC, Farnaz champions groundbreaking multidisciplinary collaborations that harness the power of creativity to challenge injustice and spark global transformation.
